Brandi J. Andrews is a licensed beauty industry expert and inclusive skincare advocate dedicated to serving BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and gender-affirming individuals who are far too often overlooked in traditional beauty and medical aesthetics spaces.

Brandi began her professional journey in 2008 at the San Francisco Institute of Esthetics + Cosmetology, a Paul Mitchell School, where she became the first student to complete both the cosmetology and esthetics programs within a year, graduating with honors. Since 2018, she has led operations and sales in high-end dermatology and cosmetic aesthetics practices in Beverly Hills, while completing an externship under Landon McCarroll, DHSc, PA, focused on melanin-rich skin and pigmentation disorders. She is also completing her Medical Assistant certification, expanding her ability to provide clinical-grade, skin-safe services to the full spectrum of melanated skin and other underserved communities.

With over two decades of experience spanning holistic beauty, clinical skincare, and advanced esthetic technology, Brandi has created a uniquely tailored approach for melanated skin and sensitive complexions. Her dual-state licensure and long-time hands-on knowledge allow her to bridge the gap between spa wellness and medical skincare with expertise, empathy, and care.

As the founder and visionary behind her practice, Brandi is building a future where people of color can access expert-led, affirming, and evidence-based skincare. Her dream is to create spaces where clients feel safe, seen, and celebrated, whether they’re booking a one-on-one treatment, shopping for inclusive skincare, or joining a masterclass designed for beauty entrepreneurs.
