I’m building a legacy I wish existed when I began: one where consumers feel safe in their skin and professionals are equipped to confidently serve communities of color.

— Brandi J. Andrews, Founder, Youth Dealer Co.

Brandi J. Andrews is the Founder and CEO of Youth Dealer™, a science-centered, trauma-informed skincare company redefining inclusivity in the beauty industry. With over 25 years of experience across media, brand strategy, and entrepreneurship development in the beauty industry, Andrews has built a career transforming how self-care, science, and identity intersect.

A licensed clinical and holistic esthetician specializing in melanated skin and barrier health, Andrews brings both technical expertise and cultural fluency to one of the most underserved markets in skincare. Her approach merges evidence-based innovation with emotional intelligence, bridging the gap between holistic care and clinical rigor.

Under her leadership, Youth Dealer™ has emerged as a category-defining brand at the intersection of science and cultural belonging. Partnering with dermatologists, chemists, and licensed professionals, the company delivers professionally validated, results-driven, barrier-safe products for the full melanin spectrum. Through this dual clinical-and-community model, Youth Dealer™ has become a trusted authority for both consumers and practitioners, proving that inclusive skincare can be both scientifically credible and deeply human.

Beyond product development, Andrews is building a multi-channel ecosystem that integrates education, unbiased AI technology, and professional advancement through Youth Dealer Pro™, empowering licensed professionals and certified service providers with access, mentorship, and scalable growth tools.

In parallel, Andrews serves on the Soho House Inclusivity Board, where she helps shape global initiatives around culture, representation, and belonging. She is also the Co-Founder of The Prisma Collective, a multidisciplinary collective producing immersive experiences, curated gatherings, and leadership programs that expand access, visibility, and economic opportunity for creatives, entrepreneurs, and culture builders.

Her mission is clear: to build the next generation of beauty and entrepreneurs, rooted in authentic representation, rigorous research, real resources, and authentic results.
